§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders for multimedia language courses from the Sprachenlernen24 brand via our online shop on the website http://www.fremdsprachentalent.de .
(2) In case of conclusion of the contract, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order language courses. By ordering the desired language course, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired language course and order quantity
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
3) Add more language courses or click the “Checkout” button.
4) Registration of the email address and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
5) Press the “Next” button.
6) Select the payment method PayPal, advance payment or SEPA: Direct Debit.
7) Enter the billing address
After selecting the respective payment option, the buyer is guided through the payment process. For the PayPal payment option, the "Pay with PayPal" button must be clicked. The customer is redirected to PayPal and can complete the purchase process by paying the invoice amount. For the advance payment option, the buyer receives payment instructions to which the invoice amount must be transferred. The order is completed when the buyer clicks the "Place order" button. For the SEPA: Direct Debit payment option, the buyer must click the "Checkout" button and is then redirected to another input screen where the bank details and the SEPA direct debit mandate are agreed upon and the order is placed. Upon completion of the payment process, a legally binding purchase contract is concluded.
Before submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's information is recorded by clicking the "Back" button in their internet browser after checking their details. They can correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at
http://fremdsprachentalent.de
You can view your past orders in our customer area under "Log in" or "Track orders."
§3 Preise, Versandkosten, Zahlung, Fälligkeit
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT. As of September 27, 2019, language courses will only be available online. Delivery via email as an online course is free of charge.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, via PayPal or SEPA direct debit.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery period ends on the next working day.
(2) Delivery via online course is possible to all countries worldwide.
(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
